These textiles are used in sacred despacho ceremonies to hold coca leaves and other prayer and ceremonial items. Minimum size is 15 x 15 inches. Woven by Remigia Salas Chura in her home. Her husband, Santos, is shown holding the despacho cloth. His father is a known paqo in the Q'eros Nation and lives with them. A photo of Santos holding the despacho cloth is included with your purchase.
