Building a High School in the Clouds

Our generous donors are funding the first high school in the ethnic Hapu Q’ero region of Peru. Children will no longer have to leave their families to attend secondary school. This new high school at 12,000 feet elevation in the Andes will bring relief to many families struggling to help their children get a basic education.

Each exquisite piece on our website is individually created by native Q’ero artisans in remote regions of the Andes Mountains of Peru. 100% of all income from sales support sustainability projects in partnership with Q’ero villages that reflect a deep respect for Q’ero cultural heritage.
We buy at fair trade prices and make sure we purchase from every family in the community, securing much needed income for many families.
